9 times out of 10 this is caused by Kaspersky Anti Virus. If you have Kaspersky installed on your computer the solution is quite simple;
You just go into Kaspersky 'Safe Money' settings > Click on 'Add' > Type 'www.flubit.com' > Enter. All done. Your order will now go through perfectly.
If you are not using Kaspersky there are two things you can try;
- Clear cache (Help with that here)
- Try on a different device
