Consumer Rights Act 2015

Our merchants work to the guidelines framed in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. (A friendlier version summerised by Which? can be found here.) The main points which come up most regularly are;

  • Change of mind? So long as the item is unused, unopened and still in a re-sellable condition you have a 14 day return window. You will need to cover the postage cost for this return.
  • Faulty Item? You have 30 days following the delivery date to let us know. The transportation will either be arranged for you or we will refund postage costs once the fault is confirmed*.
  • If a fault develops after the initial 30 days have passed please get in touch with the manufacturer. We can help you with this process, though it does take a little longer.
  • After one failed attempt by the retailer to repair or replace a faulty item, you're entitled to ask for a refund or price reduction.

If you feel any of the merchants on our marketplace are not following these rules then please do let us know by submitting a support ticket.

*If an item is found to not carry a fault, shipping costs will fall with the consumer, along with return costs.
