What should I do if I want to return a product that I bought from Harpersons

It is very important that you contact Harpersons through the support tab in your Flubit order screen. Harpersons will reply to your message promptly with relevant instructions for returning your order and how refunds will be processed (if due).



If you do not contact Harpersons prior to returning your product to the supplier, there may be a delay in any refund you might be due. Even if return instructions are included with your package, please always inform Harpersons prior to returning the product.
