Can I be refunded for not being able to use the Elite service between April 2017 and August 2017?


As a monthly user you have not been charged for the service since April 2017, therefore there is nothing to refund! 

If you are an annual user you were refunded for 2 months in April 2017, and your annual renewal date has been pushed back another 2 months to make up for the current down time.
